echard -look up Stumble!
it’s a tool bar thing that looks up random sites. this came from a page with just this gif bouncing around on it. i couldn’t resist.
Schwartz -Wow… I am so glad that campfire shot came out.. Fantastic stuff man.. I had such a good time. I don’t remember you taking the bridge shot. Awesome!!! This is going to have to be an annual retreat prior to our busy seasons….
Dave
Sam Hughes-AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! Great stuff, Echard. We have to do again, soon. Next time, maybe I can get some fly fishing in.
Sam
Schwartz -I love that shot of me with the treatment you applied.. I like the one I got of you below it as well. The treatment is killa….
eleise -Sam is the most photogenic person I know. The rest of you don’t look so bad either : ) It’s a good thing goose bumps are small : )Great shots Ech!
E.
echard -thanks dave. the bridge shot was from my mountain bike ride. i really like the shot you got of me and sam cooking. good times.
e. yeah, isn’t sam a dashing lad? jeremy and dave were fighting over who could share the tent with him.
eleise -I am laughing so hard right now. I bet they were!!!
Next year, a bigger tent……
sam -Okay, Okay…I’ve got to jump in here! Yes, Sam is soooo handsome, isn’t he? But, sorry Dave and Jeremy – he’s mine! …
Eck, wonderful pictures! I laughed out loud when Sammy’s funny face was the first thing that popped up on the blog! Like Dave, I love the two shots of you and him and the treatment you gave them. The campfire photo is awesome and what a beautiful vantage point you had of the river on your bike ride! Isn’t that a GREAT park?! Maddox adored it when we went a coupla years ago.
Terro
echard -thanks terro. yeah, that was just one of those spontaneous moments we blue ribbon wedding photographers just have a nack for catching (sarcasm alert).
sam, i’m so glad you put this trip together. james river state park is a true gem of a park. we need to plan a mid week family trip up that way this summer.
lata gataz
sam-No problem, bro! I had a great time with you all and a summer trip can definitely be in the works. Dave’s already said he wants to go again, but this time, sleeping in a cabin. I’m up for that as I’d rather camp when it’s 25 degrees, than 95 degrees. Maybe this time, I’ll take you up on that bike ride. We’ll bring a rope so I can tow you back!;))
