eck’s super sammich recipe
I’ve been making this for a good, quick post run lunch for sometime. It’s got tons of good stuff, health wise. Omega 3s, protein and most of all, though that’s really up to you, good taste. So here goes:
salmon foil pack, dollup of almond butter or crushed almonds, hand full of crazins (dried cranberrys), deli mustard (to desire consistency). Thoroughly mix in a bowl with a fork. Spread on some good wheat bread or a pita. Done!
To me, the crazins really make it with a bit of chewy sweetness to cut the mustard and fish taste.
I guess, with my wedding season coming to a close, expect to see more of this, or not. who knows.

shenandoah hike

well, bobby, craig and i survived our 3 day 57 mile hike on the A.T. other than the daily bear attacks and nightly harassment by wild turkeys and coyotes the trip was quite a success. thanks guys for superb company. hope to do it again.
grant’s charge

i just read that when a soldier’s horses hoof is raised, that means the soldier (most likely a general) was injured in the battle.
