Echard, I saw cans of this at the Harris Teeter the other day and wondered the exact same thing. What is it for???? Is it a starter for your own sauerkraut (add shredded cabbage and presto?)
So…I did a llittle research. Evidently it is a great hangover cure. It contains cabbage juice and salt. Mmmmmm.
You get so nauseous from drinking the kraut juice you totally forget the hangover.

Echard –
These pictures are FANTASTIC. The black and white of Stacey alone — the close up with the light reflecting off of her earring — she looks absolutely stunning. I keep pulling up your Web site to look at it again and again. It takes my breath away. I can’t WAIT to see the rest of the wedding and reception pictures!

Said by a guest at the Eric and Cathy wedding:
Saw your pictures online. I have been to at least 40 weddings in the past 15 years and those are the best wedding pictures that I have ever seen. That’s no joke.
Hello Echard!
I wanted to share the below email with you. It’s from one of my good friends who was at the wedding, and reviewed the pictures you took.

Also, I just got the first few photos printed yesterday. And looked at the photos digitally in Photoshop. And I just want to tell you that I am very impressed! The pictures up close are stunning. And the prints are spectacular! You are top notch! I feel so lucky that you were available for our wedding day, so that we could have such amazing pictures to remember the day. You are the bomb!
Take care,
Cathy
